If it's your first time working with a staffing service, you're probably not sure what to expect. Advance will perform a customer analysis to understand who you are and how we can be your perfect staffing partner. We will recruit through our resources and multiple offices to locate skilled candidates. We screen our candidates to identify their skills, experience and temperament to see if they are a good fit with our client.
- Once you have placed your order and we have filled it with a qualified candidate, we provide a detail sheet with all pertinent information so the employee is prepared even before they show up to the job site.
- Advance touches base with the employee at least 1 hour before their shift starts on their first day to ensure that we can answer any last-minute questions or provide directions if necessary.
- We will contact the client within 15 minutes of the employee's start time to confirm they have arrived safely. For large groups on assignment, on-site check-in or a scheduled arrival call can be arranged.
- For all assignments, we will periodically contact you to monitor the progress of our employees so we may address any performance issues immediately.
Advance serves as the legal employer and is responsible for hourly wages, payroll taxes, unemployment and workers compensation, insurance benefits and filing of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9). We also provide our employees with OSHA safety training, and can provide them with client specific safety policies and procedures as well. We have the ability to provide pre-placement screenings for candidates including drug screens and background checks.
