SAFETY & HEALTH STATEMENT

Advance considers our first responsibility to be the safety and health of our employees. In accepting this responsibility, our staff has established general safety and health training, which prepares employees to adopt the safest work habits possible.

All Advance employees will be required to adhere to Safety Policies and Safe Procedures. Our staff will educate employees on these practices, encouraging them to attain an accident-free record. Advance will also be constantly on the alert for unsafe processes and conditions in the workplace and will take action to eliminate these problems as effectively as possible.

The management of Advance has established and maintains an internal system, which allows workers to address their safety and health concerns with an Advance representative.

Managers, supervisors and employees will be held accountable for the positive results for which we strive. An internal review system is in place to measure safety activities and results to ensure our goals are realized.
