Qualifying Process

Our thorough qualifying and training process ensures that you get only the best talent available through Advance. We can provide your company specific testing or training before assigning our employees to your work sites. We can also provide employees with your company specific orientation process, including plant tours prior to assignment.

To work for Advance:

Candidates must be at least 18 years old,
Candidates must have telephone accessibility,
Candidates must have access to transportation,
Candidates must be willing to take a drug/alcohol screen according to our policy,
Candidates have never been convicted of a felony and are willing to sign a release for a
background check,
Candidates have a high school diploma or GED,
Candidates have basic computer skills.

Our qualification process begins with a thorough application submission. Once complete,
candidates attend an Advance Orientation that includes:

• Safety Awareness Video
• OSHA Employee Rights Review
• Safety Awareness Quiz
 

Following orientation, candidates are reviewed in a one-on-one interview by our highly trained staff. Each candidate is evaluated based on this interview process, our comprehensive testing, and their specific work history.
