Vacation and Holiday Pay

Vacation & Holiday Pay are available to employees after completing 2,080 hours on our payroll, beginning on or after January 1, 2009. The 2,080 hours must be worked within the 24 months preceding the use of vacation and/or holiday; you must be actively working on an assignment for the last 60 days (or 240 hours, whichever is greater); and work the scheduled day before and after your vacation and/or holiday.

You will receive one week paid vacation per year. Vacations must be approved at least two weeks in advance. To schedule a vacation, you must complete a vacation request and have it approved by your immediate supervisor at the client company and an Advance Coordinator.

Holiday pay is based on eight hours at your current hourly pay rate. The six recognized holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Pre-Paid Legal and Identity Theft Shield are benefits available to employees after working a minimum period.
