It is as important for a worker to have a strong work ethic as it is for them to be skilled at their trade. Lazy, dishonest, sloppy workers can ruin productivity, make mistakes and cause accidents. Our recruiting and screening standards come with a guarantee that our employees will be dependable, productive and show up for work ready to hit the ground running!

After candidates complete our application, orientation and interview process, our staff will review a Worksite Information Sheet, prior to job placement. These Sheets are developed for each client and contain job description, location, directions and reporting information for worksite, work hours, dress code, work and safety regulations. So candidates are well prepared for work before they even walk in the door.

Advance also has a 24 hour service so if any questions come up after hours, we are available.
